Last updated: May 12, 2026
Authorized use
PracticeMap is intended for authorized business users evaluating healthcare market and practice-growth intelligence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
Intelligence, not final diligence
PracticeMap provides research, scoring, public-record signals, ownership review, and workflow support. Platform output is not legal, financial, medical, valuation, credentialing, or compliance advice and should not replace final human review or professional diligence.
Data accuracy
PracticeMap uses public, customer-provided, commercially available, and AI-assisted data sources. Data may be incomplete, stale, conflicting, or unavailable. The platform may classify rows as unresolved or needing review when evidence is not strong enough.
Customer responsibilities
Customers and users are responsible for reviewing exports, verifying critical decisions, complying with applicable laws and internal policies, and using the platform in a professional and lawful manner.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected components, scrape the service outside authorized exports, or use the platform to violate law or third-party rights.
Confidentiality
Customer workspaces, exports, reports, and internal audit materials may contain confidential business information. Users should handle this information according to their organization policies and any applicable agreements.
Third-party services and data
The platform may rely on third-party infrastructure, public records, search providers, AI providers, and external websites. PracticeMap does not control third-party content or guarantee that external sources remain available or unchanged.
Changes to the service
PracticeMap may update features, workflows, models, data sources, exports, and user interfaces over time to improve quality, security, and operational usefulness.
